AI Usage Policy
Last Updated: June 24, 2026
CXO India uses artificial intelligence to power features such as talent matching, the executive Co-Pilot, recommendations, career insights, and content assistance. This policy explains how we use AI responsibly, what data is involved, and the choices and protections available to you. It supplements our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
1. How We Use AI
- Matching: ranking candidates and opportunities using profile, skills, and experience signals.
- Co-Pilot: answering questions and drafting content grounded in your data.
- Recommendations & insights: surfacing connections, roles, journeys, and market intelligence.
- Productivity: summarization, drafting assistance, and search.
2. Models and Providers
We use a combination of our own systems and third-party AI model providers, selected and routed through our AI gateway. Providers process inputs only to return a response to us and are bound by contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations. We may change providers or models to improve quality, cost, or reliability.
3. Data Used by AI Features
AI features operate on the data you and your organization provide (such as profile, messages you direct to the Co-Pilot, and relevant platform content) to generate useful, grounded outputs. We minimize the data sent to models to what is needed for the task. End-to-end encrypted direct messages are not used to train or ground AI features.
4. Training
We do not sell your data, and we do not permit third-party providers to train their foundation models on your inputs or outputs. Where we improve our own matching and ranking systems, we use aggregated, de-identified signals wherever feasible, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
5. Human Oversight and No Solely-Automated Decisions
AI outputs are decision-support, not final decisions. Hiring, advisory, and similar outcomes remain subject to human judgment. We do not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you based solely on automated processing without a meaningful opportunity for human review. You may request human review of a material AI-assisted outcome.
6. Accuracy and Limitations
AI systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or out-of-date results and may reflect biases present in data. Match scores and generated text are estimates and suggestions, not guarantees. You are responsible for independently verifying AI outputs before relying on them for important decisions.
7. Fairness
We design AI features with fairness, transparency, and accountability in mind, and we review ranking and matching systems to reduce unjustified disparate outcomes. We welcome reports of suspected bias so we can investigate and improve.
8. Acceptable Use
When using AI features, you must not:
- Submit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, or another person's data without a lawful basis;
- Attempt to extract training data, system prompts, or other users' confidential information;
- Use outputs to unlawfully discriminate or to make automated decisions prohibited by law;
- Misrepresent AI-generated content as human-authored where that would be deceptive or unlawful;
- Probe, attack, or attempt to bypass safety, security, or rate-limiting controls.
9. Transparency and Feedback
We aim to make it clear when you are interacting with AI features and to explain, on request, the principal factors behind an AI-assisted recommendation. You can provide feedback on AI outputs, which helps us improve quality and safety.
10. Changes
We may update this AI Usage Policy as our features and the regulatory landscape evolve. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last Updated" date, and provide notice of material changes where required.
