With more than two decades of global HR leadership experience, Sapna Gopinath Kizhekkeveettil brings deep expertise in talent transformation, organisational development, workforce planning, employee engagement, and culture building across multiple geographies and industries. Before joining Aprecomm, she served as Global CHRO at Nexusnow.ai, where she led HR initiatives across India, the United States, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region.
Her leadership journey also includes impactful roles at organizations such as, ALTEN India, Prime Focus Technologies, Max New York Life Insurance, Tata AIG General Insurance, and Triangle Communications. Throughout her career, she has been recognized for creating high-performance cultures, improving employee experience, and aligning people strategy with business growth.
