In our CXO Spotlight series, we are thrilled to announce that Ashoka Buildcon Limited bolsters its leadership with the appointment of Raajeev Saaxena as their Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), marking a significant leadership addition as the company accelerates its growth across India’s infrastructure sector.
With over three decades of rich experience in human resources and administration, Raajeev Saaxena brings deep expertise in driving organizational transformation, workforce strategy, and HR digitalization. In his new role, he will lead the company’s people agenda, focusing on building a performance-driven culture, strengthening HR systems, and fostering a more agile and employee-centric environment across diverse verticals such as highways, railways, power, and city gas distribution.
Before joining Ashoka Buildcon Limited, he served as General Manager – HR & Admin at Ion Exchange India Ltd, where he successfully led large-scale HR operations, implemented digital performance management systems, and enhanced compliance frameworks across multiple locations.
His expertise in HR analytics, leadership development, and workforce planning positions him strongly to lead Ashoka Buildcon’s evolving talent strategy and organizational growth journey.
