Bringing nearly two decades of experience in technology leadership, digital transformation, enterprise engineering, and IT strategy, Datta is set to play a pivotal role in advancing CAMS' technology-driven growth agenda.
Before joining CAMS, Datta served as CTO and CIO at Vivriti Capital and Vivriti Asset Management, where he led critical digital transformation initiatives and technology modernization programs. His professional journey also includes leadership positions at Tech Mahindra, Cognizant, Oracle, and RBL finserve, giving him deep expertise across financial services and technology ecosystems.
An engineering graduate from Visvesvaraya Technological University, Prasenjit Datta also holds a postgraduate degree in business administration from Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and an advanced certification in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from International Institute of Information Technology Hyderabad. His blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and AI-focused knowledge positions him well to drive innovation and strengthen CAMS' digital capabilities.
