Constl, a Space World Group company, has entrusted Pandey with leading its enterprise technology strategy, digital transformation initiatives, and next-generation platform modernization efforts.
With more than 22 years of experience across telecommunications, enterprise technology, and digital transformation, Nidhi Pandey brings a wealth of expertise in enterprise architecture, IT strategy, and business-driven technology innovation. Throughout her career, she has held leadership roles at organizations including airtel, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Vodafone, Tata Communications, and Tech Mahindra.
At Constl, Pandey will spearhead transformation across core digital platforms, finance systems, OSS/BSS applications, and enterprise governance frameworks. As the company expands its carrier-neutral, AI-ready digital infrastructure across India, her leadership will be instrumental in building secure, scalable, and future-ready technology ecosystems capable of supporting the country's rapidly evolving connectivity and data demands.
