In our CXO Spotlight series, we are thrilled to announce that Mayank Holani has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at SKF India Ltd, marking a significant leadership milestone for one of the world's leading industrial technology and manufacturing organizations. In his new role, he will lead finance and controlling functions, driving financial strategy, governance, operational excellence, business transformation, and long-term value creation across the India, Southeast Asia, and Middle East region.
With more than 23 years of experience in finance leadership, Mayank brings deep expertise in corporate finance, strategic planning, treasury, FP&A, investor relations, risk management, digital finance transformation, and business turnaround initiatives. His ability to align financial performance with business growth has made him a respected leader across the industrial and manufacturing sectors.
Before joining SKF ISEAM, Mayank served as CFO at INDIAN SYNTHETIC RUBBER PRIVATE LIMITED, where he led finance, IT, procurement, supply chain, and enterprise risk management functions. Prior to that, he spent over a decade at Schneider Electric, holding several senior finance leadership positions, including CFO of Schneider Electric Infrastructure Limited, where he played a key role in financial transformation and operational improvement programs.
