In our CXO Spotlight series, we are thrilled to announce that KIMS Hospitals has appointed Dr Saurabh Lall as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO), strengthening its leadership team as the organization continues its growth journey in India's rapidly evolving healthcare sector. In his new role, Dr. Lall will oversee hospital operations, business performance, service excellence, and strategic growth initiatives across the hospital network.
With more than a decade of experience in healthcare leadership, hospital management, and business strategy, Dr. Lall brings a strong blend of operational expertise and commercial acumen. His appointment reflects KIMS Hospitals' focus on enhancing patient care, improving operational efficiency, and driving sustainable growth in an increasingly competitive healthcare landscape.
Before joining KIMS Hospitals, Dr. Lall served as Vice President & Hospital Director (P&L Head) at Marengo Asia Hospitals, where he led the growth and operational management of a flagship super-specialty facility. Prior to that, he spent seven years at Max Healthcare, holding key leadership positions including Associate Vice President & Head of Hospital Operations, where he played a pivotal role in revenue growth, clinical program expansion, and business transformation.
His career journey also includes leadership roles at Centre for Sight and Clove Dental, along with entrepreneurial experience as Co-founder and CEO of VYANA Scientific. Over the years, Dr. Lall has earned recognition as one of India's emerging healthcare leaders, known for driving innovation, operational transformation, and patient-centric healthcare delivery.
