In our CXO Spotlight series, we are thrilled to announce that MACLEODS PHARMACEUTICALS LTD. bolsters its leadership with the appointment of Ashok Kumar Prasad as their Chief Financial Officer (CFO), bringing with him extensive cross-sector finance leadership experience spanning pharmaceuticals, infrastructure, FMCG, automotive, and steel.
Before joining Macleods, he served as President – Finance at PI Industries Ltd, where he was closely involved in strategic planning and board-level financial stewardship. Earlier, at Adani Ports and SEZ, he led M&A and business development initiatives while strengthening financial discipline and supporting long-term growth strategies.
Hands-on with Board members, Audit Committees, Investors, and Risk Management, Ashok Kumar Prasad is passionate about value creation, building legacies, and nurturing leadership in every team.
