In our CXO Spotlight series, we are thrilled to announce that Healthcare veteran Raman Saravanan has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of Baby Memorial Hospitals' Thodupuzha unit, marking a significant leadership move for the rapidly expanding healthcare network. With more than three decades of experience spanning healthcare and pharmaceuticals, Saravanan brings deep expertise in strategic growth, operational excellence, digital healthcare transformation, and organizational development.
Before joining Baby Memorial Hospitals, he served as COO at Naruvi Hospitals, where he played a key role in driving growth and transformation initiatives. His leadership journey also includes senior roles at Apollo Hospitals, MGM Healthcare, Gleneagles Global Hospitals, Dr. Mohan’s Diabetes Specialities Centre, and Noble Hospitals Pune.
His appointment comes at a pivotal time for Baby Memorial Hospitals, which has been accelerating its expansion across South India through acquisitions, investments, and digital transformation initiatives backed by global investment firm KKR. The hospital group has recently strengthened its regional footprint and is pursuing ambitious growth plans.
