CXO India is launching a Peer Advisory Network specifically designed for executives in their first CEO role. The network will bring together groups of eight to ten first-time CEOs, carefully curated to ensure no competitive conflicts, for monthly structured sessions facilitated by an experienced executive coach. Each session follows a "hot seat" format: one member presents a real challenge they are facing, the group asks clarifying questions, and then offers candid perspective from their own experience. No speeches, no theory, no consultants pitching solutions.
Membership is by invitation only and is deliberately kept confidential. What is shared in the room stays in the room: a commitment that is foundational to the honest conversation the format requires. We are opening the first cohort to twelve first-time CEOs with revenues between ₹100 crore and ₹1,000 crore.
