Boards and senior leaders need better information about the competitive and regulatory landscape. CXO India's new market intelligence service delivers it in a format designed for governance decision-making.
Built for the Boardroom, Not the Trading Desk
Most market intelligence products are designed for investment analysts, not for boards and C-suite leaders. The output is granular, the format is dense, and the time required to extract actionable insight from it is simply not available to an independent director with four board seats or a CEO managing a ₹2,000 crore business. CXO India is addressing this gap with the launch of a dedicated market intelligence service built specifically for governance and executive decision-making.
Four Monthly Outputs
The service delivers four outputs on a monthly basis:
- Regulatory digest: a concise, plain-English summary of material regulatory developments across the domains most relevant to Indian listed and large private companies, with a clear articulation of the governance implications for boards.
- Sectoral M&A and deal flow briefing: tracking significant transactions, capital movements, and strategic shifts across twelve sectors that are most relevant to our membership.
- Compensation and talent movements tracker: covering significant C-suite appointments, departures, and compensation disclosures across the NSE 200 and key private companies.
- Governance watch: flagging significant enforcement actions, board controversies, and governance developments that provide early warning of systemic risks.
Designed for Fifteen Minutes
The service is available exclusively to CXO India platform members. The format is deliberate: each output is designed to be consumed in fifteen minutes or fewer, with hyperlinks to source material for those who want to go deeper.
We piloted the service with a cohort of forty members over the past quarter, and the feedback has shaped the final design significantly. The full service launches to all platform members this month.
