Our purpose
CXO India helps senior leaders manage career decisions, professional relationships, opportunities, mentoring and leadership development in one place. Organisations use a separate workspace to define leadership mandates, manage executive roles and review verified matching evidence.
How the platform works
Members confirm their own career information and control the journeys they start. Recommendations and AI-assisted outputs are reviewable, retain provider provenance where generated, and remain unavailable when the required evidence or configuration is missing.
Trust and governance
Access is role-based. Private workflows are tenant- or member-scoped, messaging requires an accepted bilateral connection, and public content appears only after it is reviewed and published through the content system.
