2025 was a year of productive turbulence for India's corporate leadership community. The AI transition moved from discussion to deployment in ways that were more disruptive and more promising than most anticipated. The regulatory environment for listed companies intensified significantly. The talent market for senior professionals bifurcated in ways that are creating both opportunity and anxiety. CXO India enters 2026 with a deeper conviction about what India's senior executive community needs from a platform like ours. The first need is peer community that is genuinely exclusive and genuinely useful — not another venue for self-promotion but a trusted space for candid dialogue about real challenges. We will be expanding our peer advisory circles to reach 1,200 members by the end of 2026, maintaining the rigour of our membership criteria and the integrity of our confidentiality commitments. The second need is research that is honest rather than optimistic — that tells executives what the data actually shows about leadership effectiveness, governance quality, compensation dynamics, and market trends, even when the findings are uncomfortable. CXO India Research will publish twelve substantive reports in 2026, covering the domains where our members tell us they need better information. And the third need is programming — events, roundtables, and masterclasses — that respects the time pressures that senior executives face by delivering concentrated, high-quality peer exchange rather than the volume-oriented conference format that has become the industry default.
